a teacher where i live ADMITTED to having sex with a 12 year old boy and she faces 6 years? how is that not rape and this is? If anything what she did wasworse as she is 3 times as old as the boy. yet here the kids/adults are nearly the same age.. I dont get the justice system. some cases get the media treatmentwhere they have to show by example. its a bit unfair to the criminals as bad as that sounds

I will blame both groups.. Yes, I would blame her for putting herself in that situation and also the group of people that did that to her..
Its like, when your younger and your parents say to stay out of certain neighborhoods.. and one night you decide to go into one of those neighborhoods and youget shot, robbed, or stabbed.. who is there to blame, besides yourself?

I have no idea if she was the only girl there. But at 15 you make dumb choices...that doesn't mean that she had it coming to her. I've been raped, andcause I was drunk when it happened...doesn't mean that it was ok! That's all I'm saying.

I have 2 sisters, both younger than me.. and I tell them this stuff everyday and I am 100% sure they will never put themselves in this type of situation..*knock on wood, crosses fingers*
I am in college, and this type of thing happens allllll the time.. Where these college boys try to get these gurls sauced to take advantage of them..

Its 100% her fault being there, its 100% her fault drinking, both her decisions, but its 0% her fault for getting raped.
