Do you mean to tell that it is impossible to make a magazine that is as long as the mag that holds 21 bullets but only holds half that capacity?

They can 3D print entire accessories and parts that are compatible with OEM components but can't make a mag that would have the appropriate capacity and the right length and shape?

He was babbling too - “this is illegal, this one would also be illegal and it doesn’t fit” - so what’s the problem?

Like say it seems like really simple engineering to make a magazine with some sort of stop permanently fitted to limit capacity.

The only problem is that it also wouldn’t be that hard to home produce (or there would be a market for older ones) higher capacity magazines too - that shouldn’t stop them being illegal and it would definitely stop some problems - or at least slow down a mass shooter which is a step in the right direction.
