No wonder the regulars don't post as much. We got someone under 30 who's gotten their core remade, ol boy who is asking about his red tie going at Audi (who has posted pics before), and no advice what so ever besides traumatizing your body doing deadlifts is a good way to get your core remade.

I think I prefer lucky being back.

A few posters in this thread think they're above everyone. We're all on the fitness journey here. Just cause two people are in different places doesn't mean one is better then the other.

But seriously this muscle egg is delicious $70 for something like 360 egg whites. Who has time to hard boil and choke down all those eggs?

I'll drop something releavant to the thread before I go back into hiding.

Interval training on the treadmill is a great twist on treadmill work.

Quarter mile on highest incline at a high speed walk.

Straight into a Quarter mile on level ground - sprint

Straight into quarter mile on highest level incline walking fast backwards.

Switch around for 1.5 miles.

Yeah usually more sets... sometimes I add in some rear delt work, close grip/wide grip barbell shrugs on the back hypertrophy days and Floor Presses on the Chest/Back days. I do leg presses with the hip circle (mini bands are are alternative) on the leg hypertrophy days too ()

I just posted a drinkable whole food protein that tastes amazing and you have the audacity to say no good info in years?! No wonder you weigh the same as a small female. If I looked in your eyes I'm sure I'd see nothing but kittens.
