A few posters in this thread think they're above everyone. We're all on the fitness journey here. Just cause two people are in different places doesn't mean one is better then the other.
Yeah usually more sets... sometimes I add in some rear delt work, close grip/wide grip barbell shrugs on the back hypertrophy days and Floor Presses on the Chest/Back days. I do leg presses with the hip circle (mini bands are are alternative) on the leg hypertrophy days too ()Sauvement. Do you add more in your hypertrophy days?
