Chest day is so quick for me at the gym that I sorta feel unaccomplished after even though my chest is wrecked.

Flat bench barbell
Incline barbell
Flat dumbbell
Flys
Incline (machine)
Pushups

That was my quick pre-work chest workout. Finna go for a nice run now.

this layne norton program, i can really feel the progress. I feel im working 10x harder in the gym right now.
 
Something around 475/330/475. My squat and DL are oddly close right now. I haven't push DL much though in terms of a true 1rm. 
your progress has been great man! i'm sure you're going to kill it. people don't know that tryna get the green lights can be a big difference from just throwing weight around in a gym.
 
I should be down five pound by the end of the week. I really eat too much when im in DC

These two a days going to be the truth
