So when is the best time to take BCAA's? Or can you just take them whenever. Had a protein shake post workout and just had some food now. Thinking of taking it later with my last meal.

Or does it really not matter?

I take bcaa all day. Usually before fasted cardio. Lunch and pre workout
 
makes no sense to take aminos with a meal that contains protein. take it fasted or in-between meals. take it preworkout if you're training fasted or are going to be doing some kind of insanely long workout.

picasso you're 160#? kills me that i don't have the discipline to cut into the 160s. i always stop in the low 170s because i hate eating less and absolutely despise how weak i get.
