Im a fan of that bar scene but I cant appreciate a routine. Just looks awkward and repetitive after a while.

Your core needs to be strong as **** though for that. Even a basic move is hard as hell to do, so I do appreciate the strength aspect of it.

i love it. it can stand alone as a side. i sometimes mix it w brown rice.

also good cold as a salad: imagine a caprese salad.

how does it effect my body? gainz?

Well I use bulgar wheat around the same thing as quinoa , i find it way better then brown rice ,
