I am optimistic again! I feel this time I am actually the most reasonably optimistic that I've been due to all these signs (players pulling out, NBA delays canceling, and long talks behind closed doors without need of mediation). It will take a month to get the season started between getting the deal ratified, FAs, and practice as well.  If the players can get a fair shake on the system issues they're willing to bend on the BRI.  That's why it's smart for them to focus on the system issues and then that will lead them back to the BRI.
