Intelligence is never a bad thing. Maybe work on not making them feel dumb or like you guys can’t relate.
In general, people LOVE when they feel like they can relate to someone that’s more intelligent.
My exact thoughts when I read she was in ny.
I’ve had the friend on the “date” situation and it actually works out great. If the friend likes you, then it’s a layup.
That’s not logic to it. The logic is simply that they’re unhappy and the grass is probably greener somewhere else. Your logic completely ignores the emotional aspects.
Y’all being real obtuse. She prepared meals for everyone in the family BUT her husband. There’s no excuse for that.
Is he whining? Sure, but the core issue is that she, to her own admission, is preparing food for everyone in the house/family except him. That has nothing to do with marrying...
Let me rephrase.
If you don’t need her income to secure the loan, just do it solo.
Those late car payments aren’t going anywhere.
If there are ownership concerns, she can still be added to the title/deed.
You’re potentially creating a bad situation for yourself. I understand you feel slighted, but you’re cutting off your nose too slow your face with that kind of response.
It absolutely does. It’s actually the BEST way to get a raise if you’re valued.
You literally just tell your supervisor you’ve gotten an offer that you have to consider based on the compensation, but you would like to stay.
If they value you, a matching or better offer will be in your hand...
I kinda disagree. Your friends are a reflection of you. Why are you kicking it with scumbags and leaving your girl around them? Her initiating is weird, but cutting someone off because their close friends are grimey is pretty logical.
