Have you seen these materials in the flesh? They're terrible IMO. The flaky/scaly mudguard is not good. At all. And the super thick mesh type stuff didn't do anything for me either. Not to mention that tattered tongue. There may be other CWs of the "OG" releases with these materials, so just...

Thanks guys. I did the tongue as well. It was by far the worst part of the job. That canvas-feeling material did not take paint well at all and the green kept showing through. Why they made the tongue green instead of traditional blocking, I have no idea. I did leave the tongue tag unchanged...

I made some alterations to my atomic teals a while back. I liked the poison green on the upper more than I thought I would, but it was still too loud for the overall colorway IMO. Couldn't even see how nice the stitching, bubble, and lace eyelets were with the poison dominating what your eyes...
