You cant judge a whle race based on actions of a few ppl..If thats the case then what does this say about white people.
These WSHH videos are killing us.

I work with white people and they don't even know what a WSHH is for that matter. Half think BET is a casino table game. and fyi, BET isn't available in certain markets where majority are white.
so for all you cultural evangelist, chillllll, nothing online is destroying the black community. we need to realize the pin stops at the needle.
however, what I believe is ruining black community is Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Chris Brown, Rhianna, Kanye West, Jay Z, Wiz Khalifa, and Barack Obama. Not enough positive imagery like in the 80s when we had Rev Al Sharpton, quanell X, and others to help carry the word of the unspoken.
Murders are up, crimes are up within our communities so he's provided little to know influence.
Ah, I see what you're saying. I don't know if I completely agree but it would be best have that discussion in another thread. Positive imagery is certainly lacking though, especially in entertainment and/or sports. But is that really where we should look for positive imagery?

Observing the culture as a whole, hip hop itself promotes the gregarious acts that is diplayed on the videos. To me, the videos very much correlate with hip hop. if somebody said this all ready then kudos, i didnt read this thread.

You should understand that WSHH gets a lot of traffic.
If anything, your biggest problem is that WSHH is giving the people exactly what they want.

That's easy to say, but we live in the white mans world, so we must value their opinion of us, unless we want to live in seclusion.
This is a country that voted for Bush (twice!), where Tea Party members are running wild, and where police brutality against blacks is STILL all too common, yet "we're all not that stupid." Wake up. So many black people are fighting to shed the negative image that they have been born into simply by being born black, and so many are fighting to keep the negative image.
