Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

thanks for the info fellas. I'll actually be heading to the airport after another event in LA, already dressed, and don't have any bag worry (friend driving there during the day taking mine). I could probably go straight to XS without even stopping at the hotel. I assume it'll be a busy...

Would I have any problems getting into XS via online tickets if my flight lands in Vegas at midnight on Saturday?

I meant if Dems were to filibuster the SCOTUS nomination, then legislation freezes, no? that would include passing budget? May be mistaken on that. In that sense, it wouldn't be Dems forcing the GOP to go nuclear, but the GOP forcing the dems to go that route.

I'm not so sure GOP needs to go nuclear. What happens if they don't budge? The filibuster means senate is gridlocked, how long would dems actually do that? No budget? Gov shutdown? If this were a short term play I could see where it could work, but the term just started.

genuine question, how can dems go about blocking the pick? I'm assuming they'd have to filibuster senate would go into gridlock, but how long can they feasibly keep it there?

Any thoughts on Gabbard visiting Syria and meeting with Assad? Not politically, in terms of what's the best move in our policy going forward between Assad and the rebels.

That's certainly a possibility. It may be that they're simply being deceptive, putting up a sort of false resistance. It may also be that they are now in their next stage of sowing doubt and division in the US, ultimately aiming for destabilization.

To be fair, there was a YouGov poll posted here not too long ago that showed ~50% of Clinton voters believe Russia successfully tampered w/ vote counts to get Trump elected.

So if I understand correctly: Clinton was a threat to the power structure of our intelligence agencies. Therefore, they coordinated with Russian intelligence to undermine her and prop up Trump instead. Because ultimately, while Trump is a Putin puppet, they think they can control him. Obama...

Interesting. What do you think was the reason that members of US Intelligence agencies decided to coordinate with Russian intelligence against Clinton? Why do you think they wanted to help elect a President that is Putin's puppet?
